About Me

Hey there,

I'm so glad that you stopped by my blog.  I wanted to tell you a little bit about who I am since you're reading the words I'm writing.  I am a Christian writer and speaker.  I live in South Central Virginia with my husband, Michael.  We have two daughters who are such a delight.  I'm also the proud mama of two beautiful dogs. 

I have been blessed to grow up in the church my whole life.  I love Jesus, and I can't wait to see where He takes me on this crazy journey of life.  I am a graduate of Virginia Tech where I earned a degree in horticulture and agriculture education.  That's also where I met my husband.  We met at bible study at the VT Baptist Collegiate Ministries.  I taught middle school agriculture for six years and high school science for two.  I have been a stay-at-home mama since January of 2017.
